("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Spend website, mobile application, and Spend Bitcoin Rewards Card services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
